Zenith may teach-out and close a school for a number of reasons, including low student enrollment, unacceptable student outcomes, or changes in market demand or resource allocation. When a school is in teach-out, new student enrollment stops and the campus will close after current students have had the opportunity to complete their programs or pursue other options.
